Living in Love and Light

I wish you a good morning as a new day dawns beautifully on this eastern coast of North America on your planet Earth! The sun communicates its warmth, reminding you of your need to be true and to live with an open heart. The sun's consciousness is ancient, but most importantly connected to ALL.

Some feel it is important to "listen" to this solar consciousness, this galactic transmitter, but understand that the sun receives and transmits the same information as do the flowers, stones and quiet voice within your own mind. This is the place where you hear with your expanded mind, the place of true knowing. Because the sun has an impressive physical body, one might be fooled into thinking it knows MORE than you or the tiny drop of rain who speaks with the same wisdom, but know that universal consciousness surrounds you, envelopes you, kisses your cheek each minute. Your only requirement is to LISTEN!

Of course, listening involves much more than just the ears and seeing involves much more than the eyes... as any great artist or musician will tell you! To truly listen involves opening every molecule of your bodily system. To listen involves allowing the ego to step aside, to remain quiet, and to feel your body's acceptance of what is coming through. The heart is a good place to begin. Move your awareness down from behind your eyes to the place of your heart and open with intention. Feel your fibers, your weave moving apart, allowing space for the universal consciousness to connect. Your beautiful, spacious body is your universal antenna. If you practice this, you will feel the information that is required to peacefully live with this time of the Earth's transformation.

Some speak of this as "end times" but there is no more end of time as there is beginning of time. There is only NOW and the consciousness of this connection. As you link to ALL you become aware of the illusion of past or future. It is simply NOW and your connection to this is a state of divine love. Your spirit is eternal and how you connect to the Earth's reality simply a choice. You can remain in the old, fixed paradigm of ego consciousness or you can slide off this old coat in preparation for the shinning body of your new expanded self.

Many are already well versed in this new manner of existence. Many still remain in the cocoon, others in the deep throws of a seemingly permanent sleep, but no matter where you find yourself, it is perfect. Each of you is simply another leaf on the tree of life, part of the holographic collective, so what you represent is no more or less important than what another represents. Each forms a piece of the puzzle and each that connects to the universal brings that consciousness to the collective. There is no ONE more important than the whole and to bring the expanded message to the whole is an act of perfect love. Each learns their earthly lesson in the current bodily configuration and moves on to the next energetic reality. There is no one being whose teachings stand out above the others, only a shifting transformation of consciousness and as the individuals evolve, so too the universal ONE. Of course when viewed from this perspective the importance of living a life in "service to others" acquires a more profound significance. To help another or to harm another is really about shooting yourself in the foot... or NOT. It is really about working for yourself as one more member of the collective. To realize the importance of this universal consciousness is really what this time on Earth is requiring and to shift into the full body of your human DNA the only tool needed to become a member of our family of light!
