Healing, Shifting and Evolving

I wish you a good morning as your sun's rays meet the earth, bringing the message of light into your atmosphere and dimensional reality. For some time now I've been aware of the disquieting vibration permeating the frequencies of earth's inhabitants. Emotions are running wild, at times headlong into the walls of questioning and strife.

Beautiful humans filled with emotions... sometimes going full speed on opposite paths causing inner confusion, anger and despair. Many are feeling this confusion and know that your time for this is ripe. Your frequencies are shifting faster and faster, you are FEELING more and more, changing perspectives with each day and WANTING to do the right things. The external driving forces cloud your abilities to act: your waters muddy and at times you feel stuck in the swamp. You must be diligent about clearing yourselves of these negative energetic intrusions. Sound healing, shamanic extraction, therapeutic massage or simply asking your spirit guides to clear your chakra fields... all this will help.

It is also important to surround yourselves with the blue light of energetic protection and balance. Some simple drumming, with a slow heartbeat sound - theta state inducing brainwave stimulation is extremely beneficial. In the theta frequencies, your body has the opportunity to heal much in the way it heals during sleeping hours. Repairs are processed in mind, body and spiritual realities. When connecting to theta level consciousness, simply set your intentions that organs, cells, energetic receptacles and transmitters will be healed, cleared and strengthened. Theta frequency induction connects to the Universal with ease, and the connection to theta state oneness allows access to many forms of healing energy. Through this energetic state, you may more easily connect to the spirit world. It is this energy that all psychic or intuitive healers access. By bringing your body into energetic alignment with this healing power, you will regain more ease in your day to day feelings and stresses. Please understand that there are even deeper frequencies, but currently, theta state is directly on your path. There are many connections to ONENESS, but Theta is the state which has the most potential for your current integration and evolution.

The earth is shifting, upgrading, evolving and you will do well to engage this process rather than running scared or resisting. Keep in mind that the sun and other solar system entities are also upgrading. Spend time to connect to these entities. Gathering the information that is needed at this time, ensuring your conscious survival. There are many ways to shift. There can be a transcendent shift or an upgrade of the physical form, among others. There can be a redefinition of "physical."

The extinction of many species is not as you might imagine. These species do not cease to exist, but rather leave your dimension, much in the same way that much of your population might do at this time. When you can no longer exist in one dimension you move to another dimension. You call this death on an individual platform. But this can exist in a much broader way as well. The species of "human being" may also cease on this dimension and move into another or many. But know that how you leave this dimension is important. Those whose frequencies are upgrading will move into a compatible reality, but those whose frequencies are locked in the mindset of hatred, war, killing and such will move onto a dimensional reality that holds even more of those vibrations. So, see that you DO create your own reality and from the bigger picture this is quite profound. From this perspective it is of utmost important to keep your evolution moving forward in as positive a way as possible. Many cultures or population groups have split in this way in the past and from your historic backwards glance it appears that they simply vanished. Not so... they simply shifted their existence to a different dimension or layer of reality. Therefore you see there ARE many deaths and resurrections... individual and species... on through galactic. All is in flux, all is in shift and as you move forward you will see the enormity of this ride down the river. What is unique about this blinking moment in time is the wide spread upgrade of the physical fabric. And so, many more transformations are possible now than at previous moments in your apparent history. What are you available for?
